By popular demand, Pure Innovations offers home services to customers in the Mat-Su Valley. We provide antivirus, anti-phishing, and backups. We're also available to assist with issues you might have.

Remote Access
Remote access software allows you to remote in to your computer as needed. This service can be turned on for a month at a time and does not require yearly payments. (It does, however, require a little setup. Call us before you travel.)
Frequent Questions
How can you afford such low prices?
Our business model depends on efficiency and automation. Also, we take advantage of three factors:
Quantity discounts matter. The more customers we get, the lower our costs. We're running at even until we have a lot of customers, so tell your friends!
When we bill you yearly, we can pay yearly. This gives us a discount to pass on to you if you pay by the year.
We shop around and can get discounts we pass on to you.
Can you fix my computer when I'm not home?
While we do offer this as a service to business customers, we generally feel that our techs should not be able to log into your personal computer unless you are sitting there watching. Privacy is important in your own home.
That being said, if you are really stuck you can contact us and ask us about this. While we can't remote into your computer when you're not there, we can sometimes issue it commands that can fix a problem.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We are able to offer a 14 day trial of the Ruby plan.
We are unfortunately unable to offer such a trial for plans involving backups. You can always trial the ruby plan then upgrade later if you like!
Can I have computers on different plans?
Yes. That would be fairly normal in most households. Due to the way the shopping cart works, you would need to make two separate purchases.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
We're sorry to see you go. You can cancel at the end of your current contract period. We're sorry, we can't give refunds. Your payment already went to the provider.
What if I have a LOT of videos?
Additional storage in the Emerald plan is $7 per 500GB. That being said, if you have a very large amount of data, we can give significant quantity discounts.
What is a "Document"?
It includes most productivity documents other than images and videos. We have a list in our terms and conditions.
Which plan backs up music files?
Emerald will backup your music files. They are not included in Sapphire.
Do you support phones/tablets/game systems?
Yes. There is no monthly charge for these, only hourly charges when you have us work on the issue. We support software and connectivity issues.
We do not provide for repairs of physically damaged devices though... if you ran over your cell phone, you need to take it to a dealer for fix.
I run a home office, are these plans right for me?
Maybe. You should check out our business plans too and see which would be better. Residential plans do not have the same types of contracts. You can always call us at 907-206-3004 and we can give you some advice on the differences.
Service Guidelines
If you need help, call us.
We have hourly rates
(Business hours are 9am to 5pm)
You pay nothing for quick notes or phone calls in which we answer a simple question. We love giving advice!
If you need us to actually fix something, just send a ticket. If you can be patient, you pay just $50 per hour and we fix it remotely on our schedule. You pay more if you are in a hurry and want us to fix it remotely right away.
You pay $150 per hour for resolutions that require us to come to your home.
It's that simple!
The fine print (We've gotta have it.)
Support calls are billed per 15 minutes and invoiced after resolution.
Home calls have a 1 hour minimum then are billed per 15 minutes.
Phone calls and home visits after business hours are subject to 1.5 time while weekends are 2.0 time.
If you do call us on the evening or weekend, support timing begins when we answer the call.
We do not guarantee that we are available to answer calls from residential customers on evenings and weekends, 24 hour service is only part of our business plans.
